Thrills and spills with heliskiing

Although a rather pricey pastime, hardcore freeriders will find it hard to resist the thrill of being dropped from a helicopter at a deserted summit, at least once in their life. Well, guess what: Verbier is their Mecca. Fly to the Petit Combin (3,663 m), Rosablanche (3,336 m), the Trient glacier (approx. 3,000 m) or Pigne d’Arolla (3,790 m), before leaving your tracks in the unspoilt powder of untouched slopes like a true conqueror. There’s one non-negotiable condition: you must be accompanied by a guide.
