Raclette certainly has its qualities, but sometimes one craves something else entirely... Thankfully, Zermatt has a few delightfully exotic offerings. Of these, the restaurant Myoko, inside the Mont Cervin Palace, offers up some of the best Japanese culinary experiences on a silver platter: sushi and sashimi on the ground floor and “grill acrobatics” on the first floor, where one sits directly around a teppanyaki grill and watches the culinary acrobatics of the chefs (trained in Japan) at work. Here everything is fresh and the elegant decor extends the journey. Bon voyage!
