Part sculpture, part vessel, the Nuage vase by Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec for Vitra reimagines floral arrangement through an organic, modular form. Based on sketches by the French designers, this anodised aluminium object stands out with its undulating surface and shifting reflections—like a floating cloud on a shelf.

Here in Ivy Green, a shade both mineral and botanical, it catches the light in subtle ways throughout the day. Composed of eight individual cylinders, it invites creative compositions—minimalist, wild, or structured. Each stem finds its own space, creating a dialogue between nature and architecture.

But Nuage isn’t limited to a solitary role. Thanks to its precisely contoured edges, it can be combined with other vases of the same model, forming cloud-like clusters that blur the line between functional object and sculptural installation.

This balance between design and poetry is what makes Nuage unique: a vase that is architectural yet understated, geometric yet soft. It turns a bouquet into a visual story—available at Globus for those who appreciate objects that reflect not just light, but imagination.
