Developed in EPFL laboratories, the Timeline brand specializing in longevity has become a benchmark in the US. Let's take a look at its success on the other side of the Atlantic.

For Chris Rinsch, co-founder of the brand created with former EPFL president Patrick Aebischer, Timeline's success in the USA rests on two pillars: its Swiss identity, and American’s interest in bio-hacking, i.e. the combination of science and technology at the service of our health. “Consumption of dietary supplements is a common practice in the United States, with the majority of Americans using them regularly. This fact undoubtedly facilitated our entry into this market. What's more, our commitment to science and innovation resonates well with American consumers who are looking for effective solutions to improve their health and well-being,” confides Chris Rinsch. 

After more than 16 years of research, the company achieved the development of a molecule capable of regenerating the body's own cells, thereby helping us to live longer, healthier lives. Named Mitopure, this molecule is a very pure form of urolithin A, capable of helping to slow cell decline while improving muscle strength. The fruit of this research is first applied to dietary supplements, which Americans are very fond of. The process to reach the European market is longer, but the brand's founders assure us that this range of products should soon be available in Switzerland. 

This important market has been complemented for a year now by the launch of a skincare range, applying Mitopure's regenerative principles to the body's largest organ: the skin. Currently counting three products - a day cream, a night cream and a serum - the range has many new projects in the pipeline.
