The restaurant at Salève is finally open!
Gastronomy and panorama
Just one year after the inauguration of the new Salève cable car, it’s now the restaurant’s turn to open its doors to the public at the arrival station. Named Vertiges, as originally requested by architect Maurice Braillard, this Genevan locale was rebuilt to accentuate a gorgeous panoramic 180° view over both the city and Lake Geneva. The cuisine here is Bistronomic to a T, with a strong focus on local produce. The restaurant is open for lunch from Friday to Sunday between noon and 2pm.
