In the autumn of 2017, pioneers of agrotourism in the Bagnes Valley Blaise and Viviane Collombin from La Ferme du Soleil in Médières, opened a restaurant on their Hérens cattle farm. Expect to find home-grown products on the menu: osso bucco and rump steak, tartares, gratin, cheeses, fondue and, of course, an assortment of Valais dried meats.
