The Heidi Cheese Line brand, committed to the culture of our mountains, launches a new collection of knives inspired by the edelweiss, the Alpine flower par excellence, symbol of elegance and robustness. Cheese or meat knives, in packs or individually, the new Heidi Cheese Line range leaves no one wanting for more.

The name leaves no room for doubt: Heidi Cheese Line is a brand dedicated to cheese in all its forms. From pots and pans to raclette spatulas and cutting boards, it fulfills every cheese-making dream. Today, Heidi Cheese Line is expanding its range with the Edelweiss collection, a line of knives bearing the effigy of the snow star. The models are equipped with an extremely sharp Molybdenum Vanadium steel blade, and boast a handle with 3 metal rivets that's very pleasant to hold.

The Edelweiss, a symbol in itself
Windswept, snow-buried, subjected to sub-zero temperatures, the edelweiss, an essential part of our national heritage, withstands the most extreme conditions with supreme elegance. With their exemplary solidity, the knives in the Edelweiss collection rival each other in beauty and honor the flower that inspired them. The creators of Heidi Cheese Line declare: "For a long time now, we've wanted to offer cheese and alpine enthusiasts a beautiful, practical collection that would embellish friends' tables and cheeseboards, while standing up to intensive use. And the gamble paid off. The Alpine flower is even featured on the knife's throat, a logo that discreetly magnifies the collection.

Every taste allowed
Heidi Cheese Line's specialty is cheese, but meat and charcuterie lovers won't be outdone either. The Edelweiss collection includes five cheese knives and one meat and charcuterie knife. There's a model for every specialty. The soft cheese knife is ideal for cutting fresh cheeses such as mozzarella, blue cheeses such as Roquefort and typical soft cheeses such as Camembert. Its hollow blade prevents the cheese from sticking. Those who prefer hard cheeses will opt for the dedicated model, ideal for slicing Gruyère, Comté or Cheddar, thanks to its wide blade. For semi-hard cheeses such as Appenzeller or Gouda, the universal cheese knife with its beveled tip is the ideal ally. The range also includes a Parmesan knife, which is also suitable for Sbrinz or rebibe cheeses, as well as a planer with a flexible blade in special spring steel. Finally, carnivores will be delighted with the elegant meat knife which, with its micro-serrated half-serrated blade, can slice steaks and charcuterie alike.

Dedicated to durability
The Edelweiss collection of knives is extremely sturdy, withstanding intensive use and boasting a long service life. What's more, they are made in 100% recyclable kraft packaging, out of love, among other things, for the flora that inspired the brand. Here, sustainability rhymes with ingenuity: the packaging clearly indicates which cheeses to use the knife with, so you can make an informed choice.

The complete range
The Edelweiss collection is available in packs or individually. Consumers can either choose the knife they're missing, or combine models to suit their own needs. The cheese knife set, for example, is available in packs of two or three. The steak knife set includes six knives.
