The world's greatest skiers returned to Solden (Austria) for the start of a brand-new Alpine Ski World Cup season. As the Official Partner and Official Timekeeper of the International Ski Federation (FIS), Longines was on the slopes with the world's extraordinary alpine ski talents and timed their stunning performances. As part of the Launch of the new season, Longines joined its Ski Ambassadors Mikaela Shiffrin and Marco Odermatt during the Race Talk on Friday to reinforce its close ties with alpine skiing and to celebrate sporty elegance.

As the Official Partner and Official Timekeeper of the International Ski Federation (FIS), Longines continued to champion the world's leading alpine skiers looking to excel at the FIS Alpine Ski World Cup 2024/2025. The Swiss watch brand was on the slopes with the outstanding skiers to time and record the results of the opening event in Solden during the weekend to further support the Leading athletes.

On Friday, Longines joined its Ski Ambassadors Mikaela Shiffrin and Marco Odermatt during the Race Talk to reinforce its close ties with alpine skiing that go back over a century. On any given weekend during the five-month FIS Alpine Ski World Cup tour, a team of Longines technicians is positioned strategically on the slopes of popular resorts Like Bormio, Val Gardena, Garmisch, Val d'lsere, St. Moritz, Wengen, and Kitzbuhel.
