Raymond Weil celebrates 50 years
Half a century of independence celebrated through heritage and renewal
It all began in Geneva in 1976… at No. 11 Rue de l’Hôtel-de-Ville, to be precise, the very place where the founder’s grandson, Élie Bernheim, chose to open the brand’s first boutique. A rare Maison to have remained independent over time, while becoming globally renowned for its accessible-luxury timepieces that are often connected to music, Raymond Weil is celebrating its jubilee with a 37-mm, vintage-inspired chronograph called The Fifty, duly limited to 50 pieces. It’s the embodiment of a carefully curated style, built around a period Valjoux 23-6 calibre that’s been meticulously restored.
