AT THE SOURCE OF THE CREATION
In 2021, to mark the one hundred years of N°5’s success, CHANEL dedicated an exceptional High Jewelry collection to the fragrance including the 55.55 masterpiece necklace set with a 55.55 carat diamond of extraordinary purity. This unique piece has been integrated into the House’s heritage collection and inspires precious variations on the same theme.

Echoing the visionary “Bijoux de Diamant” presented by Gabrielle Chanel in 1932, this N°5 collection transforms the perfume icon into a jewelry icon. Bold creativity, noble materials, masterful savoir-faire… Chanel’s legendary fragrance, created by Ernest Beaux in 1921, shares the same values as those of the jewelry world. 

In 2025, the transformation of N°5 – into a gold and diamond number – is expressed with two remarkably glamorous creations, a shorter necklace that can be adjusted as a choker and a bracelet adorned with the three colors of gold: white, BEIGE and yellow. These pieces are accompanied by new yellow gold versions of a bangle, a ring and a single earring. 

NUMBER 5, A SIGN OF DISTINCTION
The fifth perfume bottle selected by Gabrielle Chanel, the couture presentations held on the 5th day of the 5th month of the year, the 2.55 handbag… At the pinnacle of the House’s codes, this powerful number and symbol of success distills the essence of the CHANEL woman who, in Gabrielle’s own words, must “be a part of what is to come”. 

Both sensual and structured, strong and sophisticated, the visual graphics of 5 endow this jewelry collection with outstanding singularity while retaining its timeless allure.

THE 5 CODES OF THE 5 JEWELERS
The originality of the signature pieces is magnified by an exceptional savoir-faire that is expressed through five emblematic codes for the N°5 collection. Indeed, Mademoiselle’s lucky number is adorned with diamonds like a ribbon of light. In its curve nestles a brilliant cut diamond with a closed setting, a signature of the House since 1932. The diamond-set articulated drop, a visual metaphor of N°5, caresses the skin and the famous number’s edges are beveled with a mirror polish to echo the perfume bottle’s structure. The contrast between the sparkle of diamonds and the purity of the gold surfaces is the defining detail for each model in this collection. 

DIAMONDS ARE FOREVER, AND SO IS NUMBER 5
CHANEL boldly reinterprets a jewelry classic: the timeless diamond line, with the signature of the iconic N°5. Inspired by the design of the 55.55 necklace, the necklace and bracelet adopt its emblematic codes: the line of round diamonds, the number 5 signature, the central closed-set diamond and the precious drop. 

Echoing the stylistic language initiated by Gabrielle Chanel with her “Bijoux de Diamants” collection in 1932, the necklace suggests two ways of wearing, the short necklace and the choker, to highlight its femininity. In the center, Mademoiselle’s lucky number is entirely set with diamonds and holds in its curve a 0.30 carat diamond that is GIA-certified. The beauty of the necklace resides in the contrast created by the purity of its lines and the sensuality of N°5’s precious drop. The bracelet’s invisible clasp, hidden at the heart of the legendary number, imitates the opening of the 2.55 handbag’s iconic clasp. These two creations are interpreted in white, BEIGE and yellow gold.

Recalling the golden color of N°5’s fragrance, CHANEL reveals a unique ETERNAL N°5 interpretation with a bangle, a ring and a single earring in yellow gold.
