Chronic opens shop
The Geneva-based coffee roaster opens its first tasting space
Founded in Geneva in 2017 in the wake of the company Bean2me, roaster Chronic has just opened its first physical shop at 2 Rue Argand — a beautiful, 65 m² custom-designed walnut space — just steps from the Cornavin train station. Not an average coffee shop or capsule boutique, it’s an “experience space dedicated to specialty coffee”, which also features a selection of Jura coffee machines. Here one smells, compares and tastes, guided by an expert through some twenty organic and ethically sourced coffees. The relocation of roasting to Meyrin at the start of summer will complete the brand’s new chapter.
