Vertigo at the FWT
It’s time for a tour, a Freeride World Tour. The first meet of the year takes place in Hakuba, Japan, from 18-25 January. The next stops are at Kicking Horse in British Columbia from 6- 12 February (record pow pow in prospect) and Vallnord-Arcalís in Andorra from 28 February- 4 March (thank you leap year). Fieberbrunn in Austria will host the last leg from 7-13 March, at which point the axe will fall in the rankings to determine which riders will battle it out on the legendary Bec des Rosses at the Xtreme Grand Finale, in Verbier from 28 March-5 April. That’s a whole lot of excitement on the horizon.
