A fun app to discover everything about Geneva’s iconic landmark
How high is the Jet d’Eau? When was it built? How does it work? A new smartphone app developed by the Services Industriels de Genève (SIG) has answers to all these questions and more. In the app, you can explore a guided audio tour, learn some interesting statistics, enjoy photos, videos, quizzes and a live webcam. There’s even an augmented reality feature that allows you to see the Jet d’Eau in action, even if it’s temporarily not operating due to maintenance, freezing temps or strong winds.
