CERN’s quantum city of the future
Science, imagination and dialogue on the agenda this June 19
“Sparks! 2025” is a forum organised on 19 June at the CERN Science Gateway, as part of the United Nation’s year-long International Year of Quantum Science and Technology. The goal of this public gathering is to take participants on a futuristic journey to a hypothetical “Quantum City”. Discussions will touch on recent developments in quantum mechanics and explore how this emerging field could one day help build more sustainable and inclusive societies. The entry is free, but advance registration is required. The forum will be in English with simultaneous interpretation into French.
