Bucherer opens bespoke Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Lounge

Since the launch of the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned programme in December 2022, customers can purchase pre-owned Rolex watches, directly authenticated and guaranteed by the brand. Exclusive to the brand and available only at certain authorized points of sale, the programme allows for the purchase of pre-owned authenticated Rolex watches that have been serviced and granted a two year guarantee.

The Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Programme also ensures that each watch is authentic and remains in its original configuration, without any alteration.

With the opening of the first Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Lounge worldwide in the Bucherer flagship boutique in Geneva last spring, the brand set a classy statement. Now that the remodelling of the previously existing CPO space has been completed, visitors to the Bucherer flagship store on Zurich's renowned Bahnhofstrasse can also get an enhanced feel of the brand and the watches on display.

Where elegance meets excellence
The new Rolex Certified Pre-Owned Lounge on the second floor of Bucherer's flagship store, spans over 75 sqm, with a design that showcases the character of Rolex, blending perfectly into the Bucherer environment reflecting elegance and sophistication. Elaborate lighting, inviting seating areas and bronze-coloured brass applications in combination with natural fibre carpets provide the space with warmth and a refined touch. The brand's characteristic green colour has been tastefully integrated by using green marble tops on the elegant sales tables.

Highlights in the new Rolex Certified Pre-Owned lounge include mineral surfaces in polished marble in dark brown and beige tones as well as beige grooved surfaces made from reconstituted wood. In a nod to the manufacture's origins, the fluted pattern of the surfaces has been inspired by the fluting found on watch bezels. Watch lovers may find themselves marvelling over cleverly designed open displays, which allow them to fully experience the timepieces. Visitors will discover an ever-changing selection of up to 200 pre-owned Rolex icons, collectors' models and rarities here.

The inviting bar, which is clad in elegant Emperador marble, wood and brass, forms the centrepiece of the space. Thanks to the light that floods in, the 75 square metres of space exudes a feel-good atmosphere that encourages visitors to stay, relax or simply converse with like-minded people.
