«Bubbles on the Lake» by Lallier Champagne

Just in time for the summer’s start, Champagne Lallier hosted an exclusive event on the 17th of June at the Fischerstube in Zurich to launch its “Bubbles On The Lake” campaign. Maison Lallier unveiled the ﬁrst champagne boat, specially designed for the occasion - the starting point for a unique experience. “Bubbles On The Lake” perfectly captures Lallier’s philosophy: a wine where terroir takes center stage and where we celebrate the beauty of what nature has to oRer. The choice of venue for this event’s celebration - by the lake, and even on the lake - was a natural ﬁt for Champagne Lallier, reﬂecting the purity, freshness, and balance that characterizes the House. On the artistic front, the evening was enhanced by a collaboration with Zurich-based artist Nina Egli, who not only created the illustration for the event’s visuals but also sketched portraits of some of the guests on site. Among the evening’s guests were notable ﬁgures such as the Pianist, Composer, and Conductor Mélodie Zhao; Swiss Chef Ralph Schelling; and Event Producer, Dancer, and Model Sero Demir.

An evening combining a summery atmosphere with culinary delights
This champagne house, steeped in tradition, welcomed invited media representatives, content creators, and inﬂuencers to a unique experience on the shores of and on Lake Zurich: the event took place in the idyllic setting of the Fischerstube Zürihorn and oRered guests the chance to fully immerse themselves in the world of Lallier.

From the Fischerstube’s terrace, guests watched the Lallier boat arrive on the lake and then enjoyed a glass of champagne on board. During the event, the Lallier R.021 Brut and Rosé cuvées took center stage. Lallier R.021 Brut captivates with its fresh citrus notes, particularly lime and mandarin, paired with a hint of brioche. Lallier R.021 Rosé stands out for its distinctive notes of blood orange and kumquat.

The view of the mountains in the background, Zurich glistening in the setting sun, and the water shimmering in the sun’s rays created a festive atmosphere and unforgettable moments during a wonderful summer evening with Lallier.

The evening was enhanced by the creative illustrations of Nina Egli, who perfectly captured the atmosphere of this beautiful summer evening on the shores of Lake Zurich and presented an oversized work of art to accompany the “unveiling” of the very ﬁrst Lallier boat. Surrounded by water, this setting provided the ideal backdrop for discovering the purity, freshness, and balance that characterize the House of Lallier.

A tribute to nature, the local region, and traditional craftsmanship
For Champagne Lallier, respect for origin, nature, and tradition is of utmost importance. Founded in 1906 and based in Aÿ, one of the few villages in Champagne classiﬁed as Grand Cru, the House has always upheld the principle that each bottle reﬂects the subtle interplay between terroir, climate, and human expertise. This sensibility served as the foundation for the new event organized on and around Lake Zurich. It is a tribute to nature and the environment, in harmony with the traditional artisanal expertise that has characterized Lallier since 1906. For one evening, the waters of Lake Zurich were elegantly transformed into a natural extension of Lallier’s terroir, blending tradition and modernity.

“Bubbles on the Lake”: A series of special events featuring Lallier Champagne
As part of its summer campaign, Lallier Champagne is oRering this unique experience to its guests on additional dates through the end of June 2026. Ticket holders will be able to enjoy an exclusive cruise against the backdrop of the magniﬁcent Lake Zurich on a total of ﬁve evenings in June. On board, two glasses of Lallier champagne will be served, accompanied by assorted appetizers. “Bubbles On The Lake” is an experience that awakens all the senses and showcases the two Lallier cuvées, R.021 Brut and Rosé - the stars of an unforgettable evening on Lake Zurich.
