Did you know that when Verbier’s best restaurants are added together, they make up 56 total points with Gault&Millau? First up, there’s La Table d’Adrien with 15 points and 1 Michelin star. Led by Chef Sébastien Lombardi, the restaurant is known for its gourmet cuisine with a transalpine touch and a menu that revolves around a cornucopia of local produce. Next up, with 14 points each, we have the streamlined W Kitchen, and Thierry Corthay’s La Grange, which is known for using locally sourced seasonal products, served warmly amongst a décor of rustic wood and crackling flames. Lastly, we have Marco Rossi’s La Channe, known for its superb Mediterranean menu. Bon appétit!
