The Women’s Euro on the high plateau
Crans-Montana, the alpine base camp for Europe’s elite women’s squads
Created in 2010, the Crans-Montana Football Camps Association allows the world’s most elite teams and players — including the Swiss National Team and Brazil’s Guerreiras — to train on the high plateau in Lens and Bluche. Now Crans-Montana has been designated the official training centre for the Women’s Euro 2025, thanks to the area’s superb hospitality offerings and many years of commitment to the cause. The championship will play out in eight Swiss cities from 2-27 July, and three qualifying matches will take place at Sion’s Stade du Tourbillon: Belgium-Italy (3 July), Norway-Finland (6 July) and Portugal-Belgium (11 July).
