Crans-Montana 2027

From 1 to 14 February 2027, Crans-Montana will host the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Crans-Montana 2027. For the occasion, nearly 1,500 volunteers will be mobilised to contribute to the success of the event. Registrations are now open, marking the launch of Team27, the official volunteer community for the Championships.

Volunteers will play a key role in the organisation. Engaged over a period of nearly four weeks, they will help ensure the smooth running of the competitions as well as the many activities that will enliven the resort throughout the event.

With Team27, we aim to bring together an enthusiastic and committed community that will help make these Championships an unforgettable experience for both athletes and spectators," says Didier Défago, CEO of the FIS Alpine World Ski Championships Crans-Montana 2027.

To support the recruitment of the 1,500 profiles required, Crans-Montana 2027 is collaborating with the Valais-based start-up HooRa, which helps organisations attract, engage and select the right talents.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

During the review and selection process, particular attention will be given to the following criteria:

availability during the two weeks of competition (1–14 February 2027)
ideally, previous volunteer experience
having accommodation in the region
speaking at least French or English

HOW TO MAXIMISE YOUR CHANCES

To increase their chances of being selected, interested applicants are encouraged to:

register before 30 April 2026
select several positions when applying
indicate the widest possible availability
carefully complete the form, highlighting relevant experience and skills
